Looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our company in the Site Technology LTD. Co. (Communication And Information Network).

1. Min. 8- 10 years’ experience in the UAE market. Preferably have an Engineering degree + MBA degree.

2. Have proven experience in marketing and providing customized solutions to customers in the low current and integrated security systems sectors- CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alam, Fire Alam, etc.

3. Ensure achievement of individual sales Targets.

4. Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier/ client relationship management.

5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

6. Skilled at action planning and follow-up.

7. Able to lead change and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

8. Keen organizational awareness and commitment to developing people.

9. Proven experience in closing deals.

10. Shall be able to move all over UAE, not limited to Abu Dhabi. Although Abu Dhabi shall be the Head office.
