Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UAE market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique security needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Customer Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative presentations to showcase our products and solutions, demonstrating value and ROI to potential clients.
• Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and clients to secure favourable terms and maintain competitive pricing.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services, while evaluating performance for continuous improvement.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings, facilitating seamless project delivery.
• Sales Reporting: Track and analyse sales metrics to monitor performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute initiatives to generate new leads and expand the customer base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
