o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales target in assigned route. o Ensure product availability, correct placement, and visibility at the point of sale. o Implement promotion and activation of the company’ guidelines. • Customer Relation Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. o Act as main point of contact for assigning account / route, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. o Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase the market share. o Provide regular market intelligence, including competitors’ activities and market trends. • Operational Excellence: o Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola sales processes and service standards. o Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and collections. o Execute daily route plans and ensure maximum productivity from customer visits. • Data-Driven Sales: o Use available tools and systems to track sales performance, optimize routes, and identify o Monitor and report key KPIs: volume sold, number of visits, conversion rates, and collections.
