We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales within UAE's FMCG sector, with a proven track record of establishing and nurturing retailer relationships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for onboarding new retailers to our platform and driving sales through both digital and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding New Retailers: Identify, approach, and onboard new retailers onto our B2B eCommerce platform. Provide thorough demonstrations of the platform’s features and benefits.
- Sales Generation: Drive sales by encouraging retailers to place their FMCG product orders through our app and other mediums. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential new retail partners and understand industry trends. Stay updated with FMCG market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support. Address any issues or concerns raised by retailers to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of satisfaction.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback. Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve platform features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to retailer engagement.
