New Business Development

  • Pursue growth opportunities by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Engage in contract negotiations, RFQs, tenders, and quotes for Contract Logistics, achieving high closure rates.
  • Visit clients regularly to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure high customer service standards through quality checks and prompt issue resolution.
  • Negotiate pricing within guidelines to maximize profitability.

Sales and Revenue Targets

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, profit, and volume targets as per the sales planner and KPIs.
  • Consistently deliver on agreed sales objectives.

Payment and Billing Follow-Up

  • Collaborate with the Credit Controller to track and follow up on outstanding payments.

Collaboration

  • Work with Operations and Documentation teams to fulfill customer service contracts.
  • Promote AERO Freights services in coordination with other departments.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor strategies and pricing.
  • Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities.

Sales Reporting

  • Accurately compile and report operational and financial information.
  • Maintain records of transactions, customer interactions, and sales activities in the Aero Freight ERP system.
  • Prepare MIS reports and participate in sales meetings.

Team Collaboration

  • Support the sales team in developing account strategies.
  • Lead toolbox meetings and weekly sales discussions to enhance team productivity.

Client Engagement

  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through regular contact and proactive support.
