· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Provide information, quotes, and order assistance to customers over the phone, email, WhatsApp etc.
· Sell products using solid arguments from existing and prospective customers.
· Identify customer needs, understand their problem, and recommend the right parts using the help of parts catalogs.
· Upsell and cross-sell related parts and accessories, promoting specials and warranties.
· Monitor inventory levels and report to purchasing department as and when the inventory falls below threshold levels.
· Handle cash, credit, and check payments, following company policies for refunds and exchanges.
· Develop rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Maintaining good relationships with other departments within the company.
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
· Analyze worn or damaged parts to pinpoint the correct replacements.
· Carefully analyze the returns from the customers and make sure to work with the relevant department to manage the return process effectively.
· Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable.
Stay updated on automotive parts, their applications, and compatibility with different vehicles.
