Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounting cycle
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
• Ensure 100% compliance with UAE VAT and audit requirements
• Analyze project costs vs budgets with actionable insights
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities
• Implement financial controls to minimize risk

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years UAE accounting experience (3+ with main contractors)
• Proven experiance in Trading and contracting
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + ERP system proficiency
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
• Deep knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA)
• Experience with construction and trading
• English language
