Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers and 3rd party agents to generate sales. - Demonstrates the Company's property portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right property to suit their needs.


  • Grow incremental and new sales for the business by achieving targets and targeting various clients from different spheres.
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
  • Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
  • Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Monitor the property market to identify clients looking to purchase or sell a property and convince them to secure a brokering deal.
  • Monitor competitive activity, relevant governmental regulations, and demographic data
  • Liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to broker property deals. Coordinating with the Leads team to get more prospects.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

EXPERIENCE

7+ years of experience in real estate industry.


SKILLS

  • Knowledge of real estate practices and finances and has the ability to dissect the different parts of a real estate transaction and assign a value to each part.
  • Ability to read and comprehend legal documents.
  • Ability to use sales forecasting tools.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, applying experience and knowledge to make prudent decisions
  • Strong business acumen regarding commercial real estate and related areas
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to influence others’ actions and decisions without express authority.
