The role of Sales Executive ensures that we maximize our competitive position in the marketplace.
The role requires to execute monthly and quarterly sales related activities to achieve sales and collection targets, in order to grow market shares, and improve overall profits within set budgets of the assigned territory and channel.
The role also requires maintaining a healthy customer relationship in trade to sustain business. To help achieve the set objectives by the Sales Supervisor and Manager to drive results aggressively.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve targets set on volume and NSR Monthly
SFE Compliance through market visits daily
Account receivables Management and collection target achievement
Permanent Journey plan compliance on the assigned sales route
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers with regular visits
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
Negotiate and sell the Must have SKU’s ensure product availability at all times.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to improve sales effectiveness.
