Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships.
- Conduct regular face-to-face and online meetings to convert possible leads to clients
- Building-term, trusting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Product Knowledge & Sales Presentation
- Develop a deep understanding of PPE products and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing structures to clients.
- Advise clients on the appropriate PPE solutions based on their needs.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
- Prepare and present quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Gather and analyze market information to stay competitive and aware of customer needs.
- Identify and report on competitive products, pricing, and customer feedback.
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to the Head of Sales
Customer Service & Support
- Ensure prompt post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments for order fulfillment and product delivery.
