We are looking for a highly driven and field-active Sales Manager to spearhead our specialty chemicals business in the Paints, Coatings, and Solvents sector across Jeddah and Riyadh. The ideal candidate must be a Chemical Engineer with strong technical and commercial acumen, who is passionate about customer engagement, market development, and team building. This role demands daily customer visits, strategic follow-ups, and leadership in nurturing future sales talent.

  • Drive sales of specialty chemicals, particularly for Paints, Coatings, and Solvents, across assigned territories in Jeddah and Riyadh.
  • Conduct daily customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with industrial clients, formulators, and distributors.
  • Build and manage a robust customer pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and support key account management.
  • Prepare and present monthly business reports to senior management, including forecasts, activity logs, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with application and technical support teams to ensure product trials, approvals, and post-sales service.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales resources, providing guidance, field training, and career development planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities and provide feedback for strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S guidelines during customer visits and product demonstrations.
