We look forward to hiring a self-motivated, enthusiastic candidate who could help us accelerate the legacy and growth of IDCUBE’s strong channel partner network in Egypt and North Africa. The prospective candidate should have strong domain expertise in Access Control, Physical Security, Visitor Management and Biometrics to recommend an appropriate solution to end customers, channel networks and consultants. The candidate would be expected to liaise with end customers, consultants, architects, and system integration partners. A candidate with strong sales experience in Access Control will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Full ownership of all relationships (VARs, consultants, and end-users), channel management, and sales activities within the assigned region.
· Consistently deliver on the company’s financial objectives.
· Deliver the goals set by the company's leadership while maintaining clear communication and ethical business practices.
· Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition.
· Build and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography and execute those plans.
· Enable connections with proper internal resources to provide our customers with ease of doing business with IDCUBE.
· Add value to customers through growth and support activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows, and product roadshows.
· Own RFP responses and submittals within the local territory.
· Provide productive strategic and market feedback to the business leaders.
· Build and execute plans to support customer and market training needs.
