Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed preselling targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, adjusting as needed.
- Work closely with the COO to set sales goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Develop quarterly and annual sales plans and present them to management.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Align strategies and plans based on accurate and relevant market trends.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the preselling process.
- Organize and attend events to promote the company and engage with potential clients.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing key performance indicators and achievements.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize relevant CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and lead progression.
- Present findings and recommendations to the COO for continuous improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to the COO during regular performance reviews.
Cross-Functional Teams Collaboration
- Work closely with the relevant teams to coordinate efforts in sales and market drives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, challenges, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to the relevant teams to enhance their product knowledge.
- Provide continuous training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Technical Attributes
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the preselling process for properties under development.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Saudi Arabia, including market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language, both written and verbal.
