We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to oversee and manage the following key areas:
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring process for sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Team Supervision: Supervise sales, marketing, and operations teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective collaboration.
- Operations Management: Coordinate daily operations across departments, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports for stakeholders, ensuring swift responses and actions.
- Business Growth: Drive business development initiatives, focusing on strategies that promote growth and maximize opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales processes that enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth, ensuring team alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, providing actionable insights to sales leadership for strategic decision-making.

Office Timings : 9.00 am to 6.30 pm (Mon - Sat) ; Sunday is a holiday.
