Customize and extend Salesforce Commerce Cloud’s capabilities using both server-side and client-side development techniques.
Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
Write and manage scripts for data processing, business logic, and integration with other systems.
Implementation and Integration:
Lead or participate in the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and third-party integrations.
Ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce products, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, as well as external systems like ERP and CRM.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, including bug fixes and performance tuning.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX/UI designers, and project managers, to deliver e-commerce solutions that meet business objectives.
Participate in project planning and requirements gathering sessions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility.
Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders as needed.
