Lead and manage the implementation of security solutions, ensuring required deliverables are met, including the configuration, deployment, and integration of the solution into client environments’ network infrastructure.
Participate in project review discussions, collaborate with aligned technology teams to ensure new devices are deployed according to standard builds under approved baselines, and hand over the devices to the Ops team for Business-As-Usual (BAU) management within Security Operations.
Resolve technical requests from customers promptly and professionally.
Actively coordinate with vendor support teams to resolve any product-related issues on demand.
Collaborate with providers and vendors to identify and address vulnerabilities in security technologies.
Conduct proactive health checks following standard practices and provide standardized reports.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for the solution, create documentation, and generate reports for configuration procedures and support requests.
Possess an understanding of ticketing and change management tools.
