Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, data
management, and clinical workflows. They will be responsible for optimizing clinical
systems, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing the quality of patient care through
technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Analyze clinical processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using information technology.
• · Collaborate with clinical staff and IT teams to design and implement solutions that improve patient care outcomes and operational efficiency.
• · Develop and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and data mappings.
• · Implement and support clinical information systems and electronic health records
• · (EHRs).
• · Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of clinical data.
• · Analyze clinical data to identify trends, improve patient outcomes, and support
• · decision-making.
• · Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on new systems and
• · workflows.
• · Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clinical systems.
• · Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in clinical informatics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical informatics or a related field.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards ments in clinical informatics.
