We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team. Will develop and maintain priorities for multiple areas of the company’s products and be responsible for communicating those priorities to the stakeholders. The role will work closely with Engineering, ǪA, Management, medical team, and Client Services to prioritize the product backlog and execute product development activities for the Aster Digital Health related products.Responsibilities:· Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.· Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and make data-driven decisions.· Define product roadmap and strategy, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives and user feedback.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch initiatives.· Monitor and analyze product performance, KPIs, and metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into product planning and development.· Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.· Maintain high-quality, easy-to-understand user documentation including features details, Tech structure, release notes, and user guides.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.· Arabic speaking· Experience in Ecommerce· Experience required 4+· Agile/Scrum experience· Working directly with engineering team and manage squad.· Experience in using data and insights.· Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to delivery.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.· Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
