Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the credit control team, including training and development of team members.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure effective management of the customer portfolio.
• Evaluate and approve customer credit applications, including credit assessment and risk management.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and take action to minimize credit losses.
• Work closely with the sales team to balance growth with prudent credit management.
• Prepare reports and analyses for management, including periodic review of the credit portfolio.
• Participate in negotiations with customers and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
