To drive profitable growth in the elevator service sales sector by developing strong relationships, securing new contracts, and exceeding sales targets for service offerings. This role plays a key part in maximizing customer retention and revenue generation for the company's service department.
Strategic:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the service sales portfolio. Identify new business opportunities within the Facilities Management (FM) sector, existing customer base, and contractor networks. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop competitive service packages.
Operational:
Build and maintain strong relationships with FM companies, building owners, contractors, and vertical transportation consultants. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions (e.g., preventative maintenance contracts, modernization projects). Prepare compelling proposals and quotations with competitive pricing and terms. Oversee the order booking process and ensure smooth project handoff to the service team.
People Management
Being Customer oriented person, coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet the customer requirements. Should go extra mile to meet commitments. Coordinate with site team for material delivery from technicians to contractors.
Product / Process Improvement
Strategically position the products fit for customer requirement Feedback to the manufacturer for product upgrades as per customer requirement Provide suggestion to business about the market challenges.
