  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee employee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employee benefits and compensation.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including employee files and HRIS data.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure HR programs are effective and competitive.
