• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects across Infrastructure, Applications, and Cloud environments.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation including project charter, risk register, budgets, timelines, and staffing plans.
• Set and track project milestones, manage potential delays, and realign schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establish and execute communication plans, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize project data to prepare periodic status reports.
