We are seeking a Senior Manager to take full ownership of two strategic and fast-growing business lines: 1. IT Manpower & Resource Outsourcing Services 2. IT Training & Skills Development Business This is a leadership role with complete responsibility for business development, revenue growth, profitability (P&L), operations, and strategic expansion of both lines of business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on business leader and growth driver with a proven track record in building and scaling services businesses, managing margins, developing high-performing teams, and creating long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Ownership & P&L Management • Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for both IT Manpower Outsourcing and IT Training businesses • Define and execute annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth targets • Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, cost control, and cash flow • Track KPIs including billing utilization, gross margins, bench management, attrition, training profitability, and ROI • Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to senior management 2. Business Development & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute a robust go-to-market (GTM) strategy for both business lines • Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with enterprise, government, and strategic customers • Drive new customer acquisition, large deal closures, renewals, and account expansions • Identify and develop new revenue models (managed resources, BOT models, retained staffing, contract staffing, training subscriptions, certifications, corporate academies) • Work closely with internal sales teams and partners to accelerate pipeline conversion 3. IT Manpower & Resource Outsourcing Leadership • Lead the growth of IT staffing, staff augmentation, contract-to-hire, managed resources, and outsourcing services • Oversee resource planning, deployment, utilization, and bench optimization • Ensure strong coordination between sales, delivery, HR, recruitment, and finance • Establish and enforce SLAs, compliance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics • Build preferred-vendor positioning with key customers 4. IT Training Business Development • Build and scale a profitable IT Training business from the ground up • Define training portfolio covering: o Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) o Cybersecurity o Data & AI o DevOps & Automation o Enterprise Applications o End-User & Corporate IT Skills • Design offerings for corporate training, government programs, fresh graduates, and professionals • Establish partnerships with global OEMs, certification bodies, and technology vendors • Create scalable delivery models: classroom, virtual, blended learning, bootcamps, certification programs 5. Team Building & Leadership • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing business, sales, training, and delivery teams • Hire and develop trainers, sales managers, recruiters, and delivery managers • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and customer obsession • Define incentive structures aligned with revenue growth and profitability 6. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands • Identify opportunities to expand into new verticals, geographies, and service offerings • Drive alliances and partnerships with technology vendors, training partners, and ecosystem players • Support M&A evaluations, new business incubation, and strategic investments when required Key Success Metrics • Revenue and profitability growth of both business lines • Gross margin improvement and utilization rates • Customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction • Training enrollments, certifications, and training revenue • Team performance, attrition control, and scalability Qualifications & Experience Must Have • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) • 12–18+ years of experience in IT services, manpower outsourcing, staffing, or training businesses • Proven P&L ownership experience for a services business • Strong background in business development, enterprise sales, and account management • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling an IT Training or Staffing business • Excellent understanding of GCC market dynamics (Qatar preferred, GCC exposure mandatory) • Preferred Experience working with government, semi-government, and large enterprises • Strong network across CIOs, HR Heads, L&D Heads, and procurement teams • Exposure to certifications and partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, Google, Cisco, SAP, or cybersecurity vendors • Experience in managed services or resource-based delivery models Competencies & Personal Attributes • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality • Commercially astute with excellent financial understanding • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • High energy, execution-focused, and results-driven • Ability to work independently and scale businesses from concept to maturity
