We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Qatar who is experienced in both digital and traditional marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing for the benefit of our company with experience in Fit-Out or Construction
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Research and analyse market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and create targeted marketing plans to capitalize on them.
• Manage the company's brand identity and ensure all content is consistent and of high quality.
• Manage and oversee all marketing operations, including online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Create and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
• Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that all promotions and activities are integrated and consistent.
• Manage the company's presence in digital channels including social media, website etc and also in non-digital media.
• Present marketing plans and results to senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Knowledge of marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
