Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiating project documentation, keeping records, preparing material submittals, RFIs, RFQs. Verifying design, specification and notifying Department Manager/PM.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of mechanical design calculations,drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects.
• Responsible for participation in the progress and coordination meetings of the design projects and the preparation of the meeting records.

· Coordinate with designers, consultants/client etc.

· Attending site meetings & clearing MOM points

· Attend site inspections, coordinate with consultants,

· Supervise Mechanical works, manpower distribution etc.

· Coordinate with suppliers for taking quotations, sending drawings etc.

• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team, design teams, ensuring that the progress of work.
• Attend coordination meeting to ensure the smooth delivery of project.
• Well versed with local authority rules and regulations.

· Knowledge/Requirement is must for the followings:

1. Thermal Load Calculation

2. AutoCAD

3. Microsoft Word and Excel

4. Duct Size Calculation

5. ESP Calculation

6. Fan Size Calculation

7. Hydraulic Calculations

8. Pipe Size Calculations

9. International Plumbing Code

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical engineering, with a strong background in MEP High Rise building projects.
• Proven experience in consultant / client-facing roles and the ability to communicate and manage consultant / client expectations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of local codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
