Job Roles and Responsibilities:Initiating project documentation, keeping records, preparing material submittals, RFIs, RFQs. Review documents with Designer for compliance with design concepts.Coordinate, communication and documentation with clients for the project.Review and understand project scope and contract for professional services.Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations for client approval.Prepare Detailed Architectural Fit out detail and IFC drawings.Perform the coordination efforts with project designer in translating design into contract documents.Identifying right material for the design concept sourcing of material samples for approval.Support Project Manager in establishing and maintaining project milestone, deadlines and delivery dates.Create and meet established goals and objectives for the design documentation process.Understand project manager expectations throughout each phase of the project.Coordinate project team and through collaboration with all disciplines, lead the development of: (Project Plan, Code Review, and Development of design, Communication and exchange of information).Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new materials to continually enhance the design.Support team members in various design tasks and provide guidance on design best practices.Requirements:Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3dmax, lumion, SketchUp, Maya and PhotoshopStrong understanding of color theory, detailing, space planning, and furniture designExcellent communication and project management skillsPrior experience in coordinating design projects and managing timelines.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.A passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.Previous experience in leading client meetings and managing client relationships is a plus.Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering or related fieldAreas of Expertise:· 3D modeling and rendering· Space planning and design· AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Revit· Lighting and material specification· Project management· Client communication and presentation· Sustainable design principles
