- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP activities, ensuring all tasks are properly sequenced and resources are allocated effectively.
- Collaborate with project team members to develop and implement strategies to optimize MEP planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Review and approve MEP designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, ensuring the smooth execution of MEP activities and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the quality of MEP installations, identifying any deficiencies and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop and manage the MEP budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MEP technology, incorporating innovative solutions into project planning and execution.
