• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.

• Create strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

• Design workflows and processes that maximize the effectiveness of the CRM system

Regularly review CRM system performance and user feedback.

• Make necessary adjustments and enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure the CRM system remains up to date.

• Implement new features and updates as they become available.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM alignment

with their goals.

• Facilitate communication and cooperation between departments using the CRM system.

• Develop and generate detailed reports on customer interactions and sales activities.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data analysis.
