- Development and maintaining Site Operations business plans and ensuring the plans are effectively implemented. Support in preparing Operations Division input to the corporate annual/multi-year work program and budgets (5-Year Business Plan), drive performance reporting for Site Operations in line with approved performance contracts, interface divisional departments and corporate functions to ensure delivery of programs and activities in line with business goals and objectives.
