Purchasing Activities

• Able to read and understand the BOQ, specification and drawings.
• Prepare Subcontract ITT in line with Policy and Procedures
• Process sub contract enquiries in order to ensure sub contract packages are procured  in a timely and cost-effective manner

Vendor Management

• Participate in negotiations with suppliers in order to obtain the best cost and lead time offerings.
• Conduct Supplier performance evaluation for suppliers in order to maintain quality services and product
• Develop and maintain supplier data base to ensure all data and offering updated .

Safety, Quality & Environment

• Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety, quality of services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed within AFEC.
