• Lead and manage procurement activities for projects from start to finish
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement goals are met
• Track and report procurement metrics and provide analysis to senior management
• Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise
• Provide expertise and guidance on procurement best practices and industry trends
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives
• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes and procedures

Specification:

• Bachelor of Civil/Architect Engineering
• must have good experience in Contracting companies
• Good knowledge about Local suppliers in Saudi Arabia
• prefer if have previous experience handling Sub Contractors
• Good knowledge about all Civil and Architecture material
