1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support operational and financial goals. 2. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. 3. Identify, evaluate, and suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance 4. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable conditions. 5. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery. 6. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and contracts. 7. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards. 8. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and supplier performance. 9. Communicate with suppliers and contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. 10. Monitor procurement budgets and control costs without compromising quality or delivery. 11. Prepare cost analysis - procurement reports and present them to senior management. 12. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance. 13. Strong knowledge of local freight forwarders and brokers, at least 5 years 14. Experience with KSA customs procedures and clearance and freight forwarding, and knowledge of (HS) codes 15. Ability to use SABER ,FASAH platform to issue conformity certificates to ensure timely clearance of international shipments at least 5 years’ experience 16. Preferred to have experience with applying customs duties exemptions 17. Preferable to have finance back ground and LCs agreements.
