Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager’s role will lead the development and monitoring of the Integrated Delivery Schedule (IDS) for the organization, with ensuring full alignment between various functions and divisions, as well as internal and external stakeholders' operational coordination and integration. This position requires organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution
- Lead the development of comprehensive integrated delivery schedule, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and key milestones
- Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements, constraints, and risks to create an accurate integrated schedule.
- Establish project baselines, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure identification of all inter-dependencies between various functions and divisions across the organization
- Develop monitoring and reporting system for the Integrated Delivery Schedule and lead the implementation of the system
- Lead the relations with the internal and external stakeholders involved in the development of the integrated Delivery Schedule
- Support the internal functions with the development of their own plans, milestones, inter-dependencies, etc
- Report to the Senior Management on regular basis with the progress of the Integrated Delivery schedule, highlighting challenges, risks, issues, mitigation plans, etc
- Lead the team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports
- Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues
- Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs
