● Collaborate with tech and product leads to define realistic timelines, priorities, and
milestones, supported by quantitative analysis.
● Continuously evaluate project risks using data to prioritize mitigation strategies

Vendor Management
● Manage vendor relationships with commanding authority, ensuring SLA adherence
and timely delivery.
● Negotiate contracts and enforce penalties for non-compliance.
● Use a data-driven approach to monitor vendor performance, ensuring alignment with
company expectations.
Planning, Prioritization & Decision-Making
● Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with
business and product priorities.

Technical Collaboration
