Prepare tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities (BOQ) and other documentation
Study and gain knowledge in the required specifications in Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Infrastructure.
Study the project contracts.
Study and review drawings; calculate and prepare take of quantity for civil; Structural, Architectural and finishing and Structural works for Buildings based on approved drawings and specifications
Measure and value the work done on site
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust the budget Projections accordingly
Prepare estimates and variation works
Checking and verifying all invoices from the subcontractor
Study and check the Contracts for all subcontractors
Prepare and evaluate Payment Applications & Certificates
Prepare and maintain all records to all subcontractor’s agreements and payments
prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for subcontract works and update cash flow.
Track the work done on site and monitor the manpower
Coordinate with the Subcontractors and the Suppliers
Track the input and output of materials used in construction site
Review and study drawings for materials required, prepare material list,
Sending queries and clarifications, attend meetings, prepare sections and write Material Specifications for Concrete, Structural & Architectural works
