-Lead and coordinate technical activities across engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure alignment and project efficiency.
-Manage the preparation, review, and approval of technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters between contractors, consultants, and clients.
-Conduct regular technical meetings to assess project progress, address challenges, and propose engineering solutions.
-Oversee on-site technical coordination, ensuring timely resolution of design and construction issues.
-Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets for all technical components.
-Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and project specifications.
Support the Technical Manager and Project Director in the review and implementation of engineering methodologies and best practices.
-Supervise and mentor junior technical staff and coordinators.
Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of work against approved drawings.
-Promote sustainable, cost-effective, and safe engineering solutions throughout all project phases.
-Prepare and submit technical reports and progress updates to management and stakeholders.
