Effectively coordinate to improve productivity by managing schedules of the Workshop team and organize the services, installation and repair of machines.
Handling customer calls for service request calls, emails, and messages whenever required.
Ensure the adequacy of service-related equipment or material.
Forecasting and monitoring of stocks / spare parts, coordinate with the procurement department to arrange spare parts for relevant customers.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Handle the processing of all sales orders / quotations with accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining the database of customers of the service & after-sales department.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Provide weekly reports whenever asked by the Divisional Manager.
Highly Desirable: Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
