2- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential cargo freight rates, optimizing cost-effectiveness for owners.
3- Prepare and analyze charter party agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and industry regulations.
4- Prepare demurrage calculations.
5- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for vessel movements, liaising with port authorities and agents to ensure smooth operations.
6- Monitor vessel performance and cargo conditions throughout the charter, addressing any issues proactively to protect owners’ rights.
7- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Charterers, brokers, and industry stakeholders to facilitate business opportunities.
8- Must have wide range of relations for fixing general cargo of bulk carriers.
