- handling bulk carriers and tankers daily operation.

- Following up closely with the captains all the time for a smooth load/ discharge/ bunkering operation.

- Coordinating with agents and charters for a smooth operation.

- Arranging pre-arrival documents before calling ports, arriving and sailing formalities

- monitoring the daily operation at ports, or during sailing.

- Monitoring vessels movements.

- Monitoring and follow up collections with accounts.

- Monitoring vessels requirements with supply chain.

- Follow up nominating agents at ports.

- Follow up supply chain department to assure ship store and supplies delivery on time to avoid any delay in ship’s operations.
