We are looking for a skilled *Site Engineer* with solid experience in *fit-out, decor, and joinery projects* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on site experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of materials, installation methods, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out and joinery works

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors

Ensure work execution according to drawings, quality standards, and timelines

Prepare site reports, material requests, and progress updates

Monitor installation works and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Resolve site issues and support smooth project delivery

Requirements:

Minimum *2 years of site engineering experience in the UAE(fit-out / joinery required)

Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and finishing details

Good communication and site coordination skills

Must be currently based in the UAE
