We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong expertise in MEP and Civil works, primarily within Oil & Gas construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. A valid driving license is mandatory due to the need for frequent site travel.

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Civil Works.
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and materials efficiently and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
• Maintain accurate daily reports including work progress, manpower status, and site conditions.
• Resolve site issues promptly and effectively under time and resource constraints.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks regularly.
• Travel between sites as needed and represent the company professionally.
