A valid driving license is mandatory due to the need for frequent site travel.Supervise day-to-day site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Civil Works.Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure optimal manpower utilization.Monitor and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.Conduct regular inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and materials efficiently and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.Maintain accurate daily reports including work progress, manpower status, and site conditions.Resolve site issues promptly and effectively under time and resource constraints.Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks regularly.Travel between sites as needed and represent the company professionally.

Supervise and actively participate in all civil construction activities on-site.Execute and oversee work on:Building foundations (including for camp buildings and equipment pads)Interlock (paving block) installationMasonry work (blockwork, plastering, etc.)Concrete works (mixing, pouring, vibrating, curing)Chamber construction and moulding for utilities and drainageInterpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.Assign daily tasks to labor teams and work shoulder-to-shoulder to ensure quality and productivity.Ensure safety compliance, especially in hazardous oil and gas environments.Monitor materials and tools usage to prevent waste and shortages.Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for work inspections and approvals.Maintain daily work reports and communicate progress and issues effectively.

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to support minor EPC projects within oil and gas facilities, including ADNOC-related sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, terminating, and maintaining DBs, MDBs, high-voltage (HV) cables, and instrumentation/control cabling.Key Responsibilities:Installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels (DBs, SMDBs, MDBs).Pulling, laying, jointing, and termination of HV, LV, and instrumentation cables.Installation of field-mounted electrical and instrumentation devices as per drawings and loop diagrams.Cable tray, conduit, trunking, and gland box installation in compliance with oil & gas standards.Conduct loop checks and continuity/IR tests for electrical and instrumentation cables.Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, and termination details.Follow ADNOC and oil & gas HSE requirements and site procedures.Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and field instruments.Support the electrical supervisor/engineer during inspections and commissioning works.Maintain daily reports of work progress, material usage, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with ADNOC standards and project requirements.Plan and organize scaffolding works to support construction, maintenance, MEP installation, and civil activities.Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with ADNOC’s HSE policies, project safety procedures, and international scaffolding standards.Inspect scaffolding structures for safety and structural integrity before, during, and after use.Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and other trades (MEP, civil, welding) to ensure scaffold access meets operational needs.Conduct daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings related to scaffolding activities.Manage a team of scaffolders, ensuring proper manpower allocation and performance monitoring.Maintain scaffolding logs, inspection records, and prepare reports for site management and ADNOC representatives.Participate in permit-to-work (PTW) processes and ensure compliance with ADNOC's control of work systems.Identify and report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents immediately.
