Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greeting tenants and visitors

- Checking visitors in and out

- Patrolling stores and corridor

- Cleaning the Corridor, Reception, Store Room etc.

- Call for Maintenance team if required

- Answering and making phone calls

- Reporting incidents

- Monitoring CCTV for the building

- Carryout Preventive Maintenance once in three months for the building
