Duties & Responsibilities:- Greeting tenants and visitors- Checking visitors in and out- Patrolling stores and corridor- Cleaning the Corridor, Reception, Store Room etc.- Call for Maintenance team if required- Answering and making phone calls- Reporting incidents- Monitoring CCTV for the building- Carryout Preventive Maintenance once in three months for the building
