Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.
· Manage and create engaging content for various social media platforms.
· Manage and analyse social media advertising campaigns to track performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
· Engage with followers and build a strong brand community on social platforms.
· Develop and oversee influencer strategies and manage social media campaigns.
· Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in social media and optimize strategies to drive growth.
· Analyse engagement and competition data to identify trends in customer interactions.
· Plan and maintain robust social media calendars to build and sustain the online community.
· Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach new audiences.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field
· Proven experience in developing and managing social media strategies.
· Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their specific requirements for content creation and engagement.
· Strong understanding of social analytics tools
· Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation
· Proficiency in using design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software.
· Excellent team player with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across various disciplines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Preferably experienced in hospitality or FMCG sectors
· Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
