Key Responsibilities:· Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals.· Manage and create engaging content for various social media platforms.· Manage and analyse social media advertising campaigns to track performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.· Engage with followers and build a strong brand community on social platforms.· Develop and oversee influencer strategies and manage social media campaigns.· Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.· Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in social media and optimize strategies to drive growth.· Analyse engagement and competition data to identify trends in customer interactions.· Plan and maintain robust social media calendars to build and sustain the online community.· Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach new audiences.Requirements:· 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field· Proven experience in developing and managing social media strategies.· Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their specific requirements for content creation and engagement.· Strong understanding of social analytics tools· Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation· Proficiency in using design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software.· Excellent team player with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across various disciplines.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Preferably experienced in hospitality or FMCG sectors· Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
