Role Purpose-
Contribute to the architectural design of sports solutions and applications with a focus on delivery and deployment. Collaborate with teams to implement innovative and scalable solutions for Facility Management Systems / BMS, Event Applications, Venue Applications, Mobile Applications, integration with third party systems provided by event organizer / venue manager, sports science and data science. Contribute to the end-to-end architecture activities including development of high level solution and application architecture, detailed technical designs, architectural standards and specifications, technical assurance activities, conduct impact analysis for changes made to existing solution in liaison with infrastructure architects, assess and provide recommendations on solutions based on technical and commercial merits, conduct architecture evaluation sessions, ensure that proposed architecture is in line with industry best practice and that solution utilizes appropriate technology, keep up to date with the latest technology and methods and provide expertise within a vast array of software and hardware environments specifically.
Responsibilities-
Solutions and Applications Architecture and Design
Conduct end-to-end solution and application architecture activities of implementing event and venue management systems, including development of high-level solution architecture which is scalable and highly available, detailed technical designs, architectural standards and specifications.
Conduct solution and application architecture evaluation to ensure that proposed architecture is in line with industry’s best practice and that solution utilizes appropriate technology, keeping up to date with the latest technology
Solutions and Applications Development
Develop detailed solution and application architecture documents for event and venue management systems that provides an overall technical view of the solution and dependencies on other systems and existing infrastructure
Establish software development lifecycle processes and tools.
Lead team to apply software development best practises.
Responsible for developing and executing capacity simulations on the proposed solution and application architecture to simulate the event and nonevent mode capacity requirements for the solution to ensure optimal systems performance during the event.
Qualification-
Minimum 8 Years of IT Work Experience
Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Similar Role
Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of IT or Bachelor of Computer Science.
Any Bachelor degree and more than 8 years of experience in Solutions Development.
Software development related certifications such as MS Certified Developer or Architect.
EA related certification such as TOGAF or other similar certifications.
Previous experience in architecting and deploying large scale technology projects either custom based development or pre-packaged solutions for venue and event management in venues supporting sporting events
Proficient in multiple solution architecture techniques such as conducting architecture evaluation using scenarios, component modelling and impacts analysis.
Proficient in SDLC, requirements analysis, high level and detailed technical design."
