Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
Provide onsite deskside and field support to end-users
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows OS, MacOS, and mobile devices (iPhones)
Perform routine maintenance and hardware repairs or replacements
Manage and prioritize tickets within defined SLAs
Accurately document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures
Escalate complex infrastructure issues to appropriate support teams
Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records
Deliver clear technical guidance and user training when required
