1. Providing detailed and professional designs for Mechanical services projects(Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Gas System, Low current systems, A/C & Ventilation etc)

2. Developing and rationalising Consultants designs to provide cost effective solutions to the project teams

3. Developing detailed and accurate shop drawings

4. Reviewing Mechanical works on a time to time basis to ensure that the works are going as per the plan.

5. Advising the supervisors on any corrective measures.

6. Providing leadership and guidance to other engineers

7. Providing alternative engineering options and cost analysis

8. Costing, assisting in monitoring project costs

9. Working with CAD technicians and providing coordination with Electrical Engineers.
