Job Description
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Interface with internal clients to determine project space requirements
Verify floor plans with CAD technician to include details related to structural and civil engineering as well as mechanical and electrical systems
Ensure reconfiguration design meets federal, state, and local health and safety guidelines
Coordinate with internal groups and outside vendors to schedule installations, maintenance activities, and repairs based on material availability and minimal impact to the business operations
Manage scheduled installations by internal and external contractors during reconfiguration to avoid delayed timeframes and cost over-runs
Gather quotes from outside vendors for building fixtures; generate cost comparisons with our vendors to evaluate each project and total cost saving potential
Monitor day-to-day site operations of long-term third party contractors to ensure performance meets vendor service level agreement
Coordinate with Procurement in gathering quotes from outside vendors for building fixtures, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to evaluate each project and total cost saving potential
Log, track, and submit vendor invoices for payment
Candidate Profile -
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
